Allergies

While we take precautions to reduce the risk of allergen exposure, our menu items are made in an environment where chocolate, milk, wheat, nuts, soy, eggs, peanut products, and other allergens are present. Our products may contain or may come into direct contact with other products that contain or may come into contact with equipment that has been in contact with chocolate, milk, wheat, nuts, soy, eggs, peanut products, and other allergens. The allergens mentioned are not a complete list of all possible allergens. Please notify us of any allergy concerns prior to booking.

Gluten Free & Vegan

While we do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions, we currently do not offer gluten free or vegan options. Please check back for new offerings.

Quote Requests

We would be delighted to provide a quote for your special event! Please send your requests to info@thecakemint.com, and allow up to 48 hours for our response. Please include the following in your quote request: your name, desired date/time, estimated number of guests, requested flavors, inspiration pictures, and as much detail as possible so that we can give the most accurate quote. Please place orders 2–3 weeks in advance whenever possible. Wedding cakes may require 4–8 weeks' notice. Please place custom orders as early as possible to ensure the desired date is available.

Deposits Payments & Refunds

A deposit is required to reserve and secure your event date. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation. A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order and secure an event date. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the event date. For order totals less than $100, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required for all orders that are placed two (2) weeks or less prior to the event date. Payments can be made online via secure invoice or in cash, in person. Cash payments are subject to the payment deadline requirements. Checks are not accepted. If the remaining balance is not paid by the payment deadline, the order will not be fulfilled. The deposit will not be refunded.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup are an additional cost and are based on location, venue, and the type of setup required for your event.

We currently do not ship any of our desserts. Please check back for updates in the future, as we continue to update the services we provide.
