We understand that planning a celebration can be stressful and we want to make sure that your desserts are delicious and stressfree.

If you love chocolate then you'll love this cake! Our rich and delicious chocolate cake is made from scratch from the best ingredients to delight your taste buds. An impressive combination when paired with our signature vanilla buttercream, this standout flavor doesn't need much help in the taste department. But if you want to up the wow factor pair it with one of our other icing flavors that will have your guests speechless. Popular icing choices for this flavor include Coconut Cream, Chocolate Buttercream, and Peanut Butter Buttercream.
Don't underestimate this vanilla cake. It's been know to win over even the most adventurous palettes. Made with high-quality pure vanilla, this light, and fluffy cake is anything but plain and is the perfect foundation to build flavor combinations your guests will devour. Any of our fresh fruit fillings makes the perfect addition to this cake. Amp up the experience by introducing a little texture with chocolate chips, nuts or coconut flakes and you won't be disappointed.
Its super light and airy texture combined with a subtle chocolate flavor makes our Red Velvet cake a menu staple that customers rave about. Traditionally paired with cream cheese icing this flavor is also a perfect match with our Buttermilk Buttercream, Cookies N Cream or white chocolate buttercream.
Our Carrot Cake is a fan favorite and is loved by even the pickiest of cake eaters. Freshly grated carrots go into this rich and moist cake. Along with our special mix of spices that give this carrot cake that warm flavor that people have come to know and love. Pair this cake with our silky Cream Cheese Icing or our Buttermilk Buttercream.
COOKIES N CREAM
Our Vanilla Cake batter is loaded up with crushed Oreo® Cookies to bring together the best of both worlds in a single bite. Sure to be a hit at any gathering. This versatile flavor can be paired with any of our delicious buttercream flavors.
Freshly zested and juiced lemons go into each batch of our Lemon Poppyseed cake. The citrus pairs perfectly with the nutty flavor of the poppyseeds making this a fan favorite and a menu staple. Best topped with our Coconut Cream Buttercream. Add a bit of texture and enhance the coconut flavor with some coconut flakes and you won't be disappointed.
KEY LIME PIE
If you can't get enough of the tartness of Key Lime Pie then this Key Lime cake is what you've been searching for. Each batch is made to order with freshly zested and juiced keys limes to give you the freshest flavor experience around. Best topped with our Signature Vanilla Buttercream. Add our Key Lime Curd filling and crushed graham cracker pie crust and you won't believe you're not actually eating pie.
Everybody loves sprinkles! So we poured scoop after scoop of rainbow sprinkles into our Vanilla Cake Batter to create a cake that's a tiny party in every bite. Top this fun flavor off with our Signature Vanilla Buttercream for the perfect ending to any celebration.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our products may contain, come in direct contact with or come into contact will equipment that has been used with: chocolate, milk, wheat, nuts, soy, eggs, peanut butter, and other allergens. It is your responsibility to notify The Cake Mint, LLC of any allergies prior to confirming your order.
You also assume full responsibility to notify your guests with allergies of the potential risks and hold The Cake Mint, LLC harmless for any allergic reactions that result from consuming the desserts served at your event or after.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Your order is not confirmed until your deposit is paid. In the event that multiple clients are trying to book the same date/spot, the spot will be awarded to the client that submits their deposit payment first and all others will be notified immediately of the unavailability of their desired date.
Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable or transferable.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, unless The Cake Mint, LLC chooses to cancel your order and if that is to occur, you will receive your deposit back within 60 days of the cancellation.
In the event that the remaining balance is not paid, the order will not be fulfilled and the deposit will not be refunded.
Prep work will not begin on your order until the remaining balance has cleared.
The Cake Mint, LLC must receive the remaining balance by the specified date
Cash payments are accepted and must be made in person by the payment due date. Checks are not accepted.
The date the final payment is due is the last day for any changes of color, design, size, style, or flavors of cake. Some changes may be subject to additional charges and may increase the overall cost of your order. Any changes requested after that date cannot be guaranteed.
DELIVERY & SETUP
Delivery and setup are an additional cost and are based on location, venue, and the type of set up required for your order.
If asked to deliver an order last minute that was originally designated as a pickup order your order may not be delivered on time due to lack of communication and planning on your part. The delivery fee will be expected at the time of delivery before cake will be released.
Any cake that is 3 tiers or above and some sculpted cakes require mandatory delivery due to the difficulty of transport and the risk of damage to the cake.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide accurate venue information with clear directions as to where the cake shall be delivered and set-up. As well as provide a predetermined contact person and phone number. The predetermined contact person must be at the venue at the time of delivery to sign the cake release form.
It is the client’s sole responsibility to inform any community gate personnel of the arrival of The Cake Mint, LLC to ensure that the cake and/or desserts are delivered promptly and in optimal condition. The Cake Mint, LLC is not responsible for damages caused to the cake as a result of not being able to gain access to the community in a reasonable time frame.
If there is no place to set up the cake upon delivery and the cake is placed somewhere else other than the final set up location, The Cake Mint, LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by additional movement, shifting, or transportation by the client. The Cake Mint, LLC. is not required to remain at a venue while the final set-up location is secured and may not be able to do so due to other scheduled cake deliveries.
Clients have the option to pick up cakes and/or desserts from The Cake Mint, LLC, but they do so at their own risk. If you or your representative-elect to pick-up and set up the cake and/or desserts, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves the possession of The Cake Mint, LLC. We are not responsible for dropped cakes; cakes damaged due to sharp turns or slamming on breaks while driving, smashed cakes or any other damage due to handling, mishandling, and transportation.
If the cake is picked up more than 3 hours before the start of the event, it is the client’s responsibility to make sure that they have refrigerator storage for any time in excess of 3 hours. The Cake Mint, LLC. is not responsible for melting, collapsing, or other damage caused by the cake being left out for too long.
If an order is not picked up within a 15-20 minute window from the time that was previously agreed upon, a late pickup fee will be applied at the discretion of The Cake Mint, LLC. Please take my time and other clients’ orders into consideration.
CAKE CARE & ENVIRONMENT
You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table as well as an optimal room temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit or below. The Cake Mint, LLC. is not responsible for any melting or collapsing if the venue’s temperature exceeds 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Cake Mint, LLC. is not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete.
The Cake Mint, LLC. is not responsible for any damage to the cake and/or desserts caused by children, pets or other guest interference.
If the event will be held outdoors the customer understands that the cake may not be able to withstand the heat and humidity of the South Florida climate and that the cake should be delivered and set up as close to the time of the cake cutting as possible.
For optimal taste/texture cakes should be allowed to come to room temperature before consumption.
It takes between 1-2 hours, indoors, for cakes to come to room temperature.
Cakes should not be set out more than 2 hours before the start of your event.
Cakes should only be placed in the refrigerator and never the freezer if storage is required prior to the start of your event. Placing cakes in the freezer can result in changes to the color of buttercream and can cause fondant on cakes to melt upon defrosting.
DESIGN & DECORATIONS
You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other contaminants.
You also acknowledge and are responsible for all “non-toxic” items you choose for this order including but not limited to disco dusts and luster dusts that are not edible but are for decorating purposes only.
On occasion, we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotional purposes without any compensation to you.
We will do our best to try and match inspiration photos to the best of our ability, but an exact match based on a photo from another cake artist is not guaranteed. Color, size, and structure will be as close as possible. Please be aware that by making any design changes that deviate from the picture presented that your cake no longer has the potential to look like the picture you provided. You are changing the look from the photo, which means your cake will not look like the photo.
The Cake Mint, LLC reserves the right to make adjustments as needed so that your cake is as close to the inspiration photo or cake that was designed during the consultation.
The Cake Mint, LLC will do everything in its power to make sure that the final cake matches as closely as possible to the agreed upon cake design. However, there are certain circumstances that may arise that require last-minute changes to the design. These changes will be at the sole discretion of The Cake Mint, LLC and are determined to achieve the most aesthetically pleasing finished product according to the cake designer. In some instances, these changes can be made to mask flaws or imperfections.
For color matching, we ask that you provide a swatch of the shade you would like us to match. We will do our best to match the color within three (3) shades (lighter or darker). With edible products and food grade dyes, exact matches are sometimes difficult to achieve. Also be advised that darker colors can have a bitter taste due to the food dye and may stain teeth, lips, mouth, table linen and clothing.
